An excellent tip for morning sickness in pregnant mothers

Nausea or vomiting in pregnant ladies is very common.This can be prevented with this very simple recipe.
40 gm Coriander seeds * is boiled in 250 ml water.It must be boiled till the water is reduced to half. This decoction is cooled and filtered .
This must be taken twice a day by the lady who is suffering from morning sickness symptoms.This also increases the appetite in the lady

A tip for pregnant ladies...

This is for the general overall health of the pregnant mother :
Eating very little butter (3-4 pinches) mixed with candy sugar * after lunch helps the lady.

* Candy sugar-mishri in Hindi
Patika bellam in Telugu
Kalkandu in Tamil.

  • Some studies have shown that this plant when taken internally it increases the thyroid hormone in rats.
  • There is also a claim that' Renal dropsy '- (a condition where there is an accumulation of watery fluid beneath the skin due to a malfunction of kidneys.) can be cured with the help of the plant's infusion.
